Not all my Game / Application Reviews will look like this, as I'm still trying to get into the groove of blogging.

I just started a new job 3 months ago today and haven't had as much free time as I had originally hoped. About a month and a half into my new job I found out that one of the other two Medical Assistants was being let go. This cut down on my research time for work projects tremendously. It's been so busy that I have had to take some of my work home because there is simply not enough time in a 8 hour shift to get everything done. Thus my first application review is going to be a short one and in the future I will be posting Galaxy App/Google Play/App Store games/applications on a weekly basis. I try to allow about an hour to an hour and a half between games to really get used to the game play / player controls. Let me know if these helped and what you thought about these games!

Thank you to SCR Screen Recorder for allowing me to get both audio/visual recordings for the game play.

Pirate Bash - Free

Make sure the check out the pictures for screen shots of the game. I really enjoyed this because it had an angry birds type of game style except better, mainly because you are also being attacked be either cpu or pvp (when unlocked). I've always been a fan of these kind of games because they remind me of Gunbound

- You're also able to upgrade equipment for each individual character
- Recommends Crew for Level for specific map
- The more turns you take the lower your rank

Summoners War- Free

Developers: Com2uS
Size: 7.3M (has in-game required download)
Version: 1.2.5
Required Android: 2.3 +

I'm a fan of Com2uS many games they have in the Google Playstore. I love mmorpg but I wont be getting into that right now. This is another turn style battle game where you are grouped with up to three characters per battle. As expected I enjoyed playing this game and here are some of the features I enjoyed:

- Elemental type damage (Weakness/Resistant depending on the element type of character that is attacking and the type of monster that is being attacked)
- Ally buffs like healing
- Special attacks that give you an advantage like double hit
- Power up your main trio by sacrificing weaker monsters
- Further enhance your monster by giving it up to 6 runes
- summon monsters with scrolls and crystals

Play Store Description:

"Come explore a world under battle over the vital resource: Mana Crystals!
Summon over 400 different types of monsters to compete for victory in the Sky Arena!"

I'm not the number one racing game fan but I did enjoy playing Formula Cartoon All-Stars. I liked the selection of characters that you could unlock. Currently I have been racing with Jake the dog. You start out with flapjack as your main character and as you win more races and collect the diamonds you can unlock more.
